A round heavy box with a stylised man’s face on the top. German hallmarks grade 830 with Halbmond und Krone (Half-moon and crown) – the post 1888 German silver mark. Hallmarked London 1896, F (for foreign) and maker’s mark BP. This box was imported by Benjamin Phillips.
