An early art glass jug from the island of Murano in Venice of millefiori (or thousand flowers) of cabinet size. Brightly coloured with a huge range of canes accentuated with a white border.
There is an applied looped handle attached superbly to the main part of the jug.
A blown glass with a small pontil scar on the base.
Not signed but there is no doubt that it is Fratelli Toso.
