Finely painted plaque in traditional Derby style with a bouquet of garden flowers including prominent full-blown roses c1900. Albert Gregory was an apprentice painter at the same time as William Dean and B Greatorex in the late 1890s. This plaque illustrates what is known as the 'Gregory Rose'. Framed in rosewood. Originally purchased from Bamfords of Derby. Plaque 24cm by 16cm frame 38cm by 30cm
