Early 20th century gold opal cabochon and old-cut diamond cluster ring. Ring is diamond shape and set with 16 diamonds and a central oval opal with lovely colours. Estimated opal dimensions 7.8 by 6.8 by 2.9mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Ring size M. Total weight 2.8gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
Diamonds fairly bright.
Face up diamonds estimated H-I colour, SI clarity. 
Opal has a white body colour, with mostly green, blue and red overtones. 
Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
