A Georgian emerald and diamond brooch, circa 1810. This brooch is pre-1830 as it has square nuts which were not used after 1830. Very unusual and well made. The leaf shaped panel with central flower head detail, set with a calibre cut emerald and old cut diamonds, all in open claw mounts, supporting a rose diamond set drop on double chain suspension. A heavy solid piece in excellent condition. 21.20gm.
