An Art nouveau, early 20th century, European, very large articulated swordfish. 
This is a very rare and large Spanish sterling silver swordfish. It could be a letter opener or table decoration resting on two lower pectoral fins with a fully articulated body, two green glass eyes and a highly detailed tail.  All masterfully made and engraved. 
Hallmarked on top of the two fins with Spanish pentagram star (indicating 915 parts purity) and a maker's mark. For the articulated fish series Sword fish is the rarest.
