A very unusual pendant in gold and silver and lapis lazuli. The three circular pieces of lapis form a clover shape and are set with a central rose cut diamond. The base has a triangular shape set with three rose cut diamonds.
The reverse reveals three compartments that open for a photo. They are completed with bevelled glass.
