1920s Art Deco minaudiere in silver with gold stripes.A minaudière, or vanity case, is a women's fashion accessory, generally considered a jewellery piece, intended to substitute for an evening bag. \it has an engine turned case with plain gold stripes. Opening to reveal ivorine aide memoire. The mirror is missing but would be easy to slot in as a slit at the top. The other side has two compartments. Silver chain. Length 8.5cm. Width 5.5cm. Weight 167gm.
